Connect my Outleads account to iContact

Our technology extends to tracking phone calls from mobile devices that originate on e-mail marketing campaigns, so you can take your marketing analytics to a whole new level.

Setting up your account with the iContact call tracking feature is quick & simple. After opening an account with Outleads and setting up your call tracking preferences, follow the steps below.

  1. Go to Settings > iContact.
  2. Authenticate the Outleads app in your iContact account
    • Log in to your iContact account, then navigate to https://app.icontact.com/icp/core/externallogin.
    • Enter the shown Application ID and password.
    • Submit the information. The Outleads application should now be listed as enabled in your account.
  3. Connect your iContact account to Outleads by entering your username in the box provided on the page, and submit the information.
  4. To see the generated click-to-call links for each campaign, go to Settings > Off-Site Tracking.

When you add new campaigns in your iContact account, Outleads will automatically pull the information and generate the click-to-call links that you can place in your campaigns. The data will be updated on a daily basis. You may also push it manually by re-visiting the iContact settings page. When you use the links, the incoming calls will be attributed to the campaign name you set up in your iContact dashboard.
